Can some of you tell me how the GFX artist did it?

I did tcheck alot of tutorials, i will try to find them and pm you them

Its not that hard..you just need some splatters brushes..
Its the paint looking like.. splash..
You take all your layers into clipping mask except renders..and you erase the background and brush the form..

Also i think its an image from movie with a cartoonise filter maybe if it was more the question loll

Maybe the image is cleanse to see what i meaning.
