I brought it to another mechanic. It was just a bad connection

Alot of the time if you have the connector replaced and it goes out pretty quick afterwards you can comfortably blame it on a loose wire.

Poor resistance in ground will cause open to power resulting in fluctuation of volt/amps which will burn out bulbs quickly. Suggest to do resistance test on wiring for headlight ground circuit.
