I don't know what to reply.

you can transfer namelocks from left to right click for single casts. it will break the namelock, but since teleport breaks namelock anyway it doesn't make a difference.
(use shift if you want) namelock with leftclick, (throw or melee attack, both have slightly different properties and melee can make you move forward if you let go of shift)
rightclick with tele active rightclick skill while holding the leftmouse namelock. let go of mouse 1.
(preposition mouse midscreen) renamelock with mouse1 as your teleport completes (probably with an attack skill, then transfer over to whatever skill you want to use to transfer the namelock again if you need to tele on them again)
repeat step 2
congratulations, you have done a czhainlokk.
practice and experiment with throw/unsummon/melee skills and with and without shift. see what works best for you.
It feels weird with hdin because you have to press 2 buttons (hammer and conc) after you tele, but hdin is a 2-button character anyways (sometimes charge/vigor, smite/fanat, foh/conv and 3rd button if you count shift).
Give it a spin and see how you like it, I just noticed that the way you fought amazon seems so much more difficult. (You approach her and if you miss you tele off map and recast oak - which is good but happens way more often than it should IMO). First priority is you stomp the zon initially (to force her to move/stop attacking). Then you have choice here of a) teleport/predict in front of her run pattern and hammer or b.) namelock her with hammer and watch her run, when she stops to attack you throwlock tele and catch her. Alternating between these two will get her down much more quickly/aggressively (you only have to tele off minimap if you fucked up to reset). Think people make it too complicated for hdin vs. barb/zon, it should be a 95-5 matchup and that 5% is only because you're tired or sloppy.
Just an old dog trying to teach an old trick, if your toolbox is full no worries mate.
