Personally I would replace mainboard dismember with either the death shadows or surgicals.

But since this is paper it depends on your local meta

Possibly run 2x Surgicals? Could possibly remove a Amulet of safekeeping and add anotherone.

Might as well play prowess if looking for a budget deck, imo lol

What would make you think im playing budjet lol

i spoke too fast before looking at your list

8rack / whack are original budget fringe tier decks good enough to place at fnm (dunno a bout any other higher events)

but its definitely an older archetype that you dont see very much
