Googling "use powershell to remove xbox game bar" will field results back in 2019 and 2020 with the older version/build of Windows where you can actually uninstall it. The current Windows version/build is 20H2 and it's fucking embedded now. Powershell isn't gonna do shit other than disable, but not uninstall. The best bet is maybe get the stripped down version of Windows which is barebone and too complicated for the average/common user.
