true it does make you desnych more, but it also drastically reduces your frw, and the question has always been if the massive loss of frw from heavy armors is worth the bit of extra desnych

with just a FPM your efrw is reduced by 10, also with a tower shield its reduced by 20

which lets say if you're playing a 155 frw bowa:



just the full plate mail will reduce ur total 155 frw to 118 frw

adding a tower shield onto that it will reduce ur total frw from 155 frw to 90

you'll get some desnych and you get ''24 normal frw'' worth of slower walk on ur opponents screen, but you also lose a total of 65 frw

the question remains is 24 frw slower on enemy screen is worth losing 65 frw in total

Moving fast lets you out run wirls, ga's, fbs and in some cases charge (they loose nl)
