Ahh... I am novice... but I believe your concern is related to +1-2 Cold damage small charms (think level 10, not 100% sure), also not sure if LLD or MLD related... think Charge is a better option to break free from "Slow" and not Cannot be Frozen... you may need to look up some LLD Unique items or sets that give you the "Cannot Be Frozen" experience.

I like this kinda setup (odd and only for PvM)

2x Sig (helm / glove)
Angelics (2x ring)
2x Hsarus (boot / belt)

Not sure if good for PvP though...

Yeah charm + cold weapon 1 +1 seconde , 2 seconde .
But good idea for set , but dont want it.
I just want know if 2 reduction freeze can make can be freeze

yes but u can go even further, if u get 7 times half freeze you will start to desnych like crazy without having to wsg!
