If China and Russia want war, it would be prudent to just wait for the US to crack up first. Although, if China / Russia strategists have determined the US is going to crack up in the next 12 months, then making preparations now is a good idea.

In a sense there is already economic warfare conducted by China and Russia. Also Russia has been pretty aggressive in developing missiles and satellites, they televised some giant missile they named Satan

US has bleed themselves out trying to be world police or bully in too many jurisdictions. I hoped Trump would have fully delivered on his bring the troops home and nation build rehtoric. US still has leverage with our excessive military, bomb, delivered very systems, and space presence. Could send a country back to the dark ages by simply knocking out satellites, hitting key infrastructure, and jamming signals. Drone swarms of future was good gonna be nasty.
