Is there still a heathy amount of duel games and cs runs etc during peak hours? What is most likely the most popular realm? Still east?

I used to pay back in mid to late 2000s and want to play again. Then just a bit since then.

There is Diablo 09 that has a classic community but it's v1.09 - the population is probably on par with classic BNet minus the bots.

V1.09 BUT with a chance for prepatch rare drops and prepatch unique drops.

that iirc retain their no lvl req when transferred to xpac. but could be off there.
