Doing a little 2fer1. Both involving the poll system.

Proposing that in place of the "You have already voted in this poll.", it would show what you voted. In some areas of the site polls are up for a long time, and I have forgotten what I voted a time or two.
Also proposing giving us the ability to change your choice in the poll. Whether you chose the wrong selection at first, or the discussion in the thread changed your mind, it would just be a nice thing to have, in my opinion.

Interesting idea. I would be okay with changing choices or other similar options. As for showing what choice one has made in a poll, Guild Polls give you that answer by making that answer Bold.I don't know why it is not like that across the rest of the site but I would assume it would have to do with account security issues, site usage, and some other stuff.

I also find it interesting to have a different vote than weeks before. So having my previous decision displayed while I consider other opinions or knowledge may diminish my ability to add something new or different to the discussion.

If a poll allows dynamic answers, it degrades the value of the answers and the poll itself.
