Back when i started playing wow classic with my friends on Lucifron(EU) i level`d up a mage to lvl 60. The horde player ratio back then allready was at like 60-65%
I stopped playing classic shortly after Dm was released coz it was literally unplayable at that point with like 4-5 horde players on 1 alliance.
A couple months later i seen randomly videos about my server having now a 99.9% horde player ratio

Now to my question: When i want to play tbc am i forced to play on a server where 100 horde player wait for a single alliance player or will blizzard create new TBC servers where we can transfer free to ? Because i definitly would not play Tbc if im forced to play on that server.

They arent making new servers.

They aren't making new servers. Ask for a day of retail game time and then buy 2 tokens for 6-700fg and xfer it yourself for half the cost(literally)

If your server becomes locked they will offer free transfers off. But if not you have no other option but to not play or transfer
