Chicken breast skinless - 450grams - 750ish calories - 140 protein

60 grams of cheese - 200 calories - 14grams of protein

30grams of almonds - 180 calories - 6 grams of protein

30grams of walnuts - 180 calories - 4 grams of protein

30grams of cashews - 170 calories - 5 grams of protein

1 avacodo ( grams will vary on size... but around 110 grams ) 176 calories - 2.5 protein

1850 total calories - 171.5 total protein
