That is it. You will accumulate mass by just exposing yourself to those movements. You're obviously not going to accumulate by sitting in some caloric deficit starving yourself. Its all very common sense that people make out to be this complex thing.

I was hoping that SBD account name meant what I hoped it did. This is as clean and simple as it gets!

Ofc find someone to show you proper set-up, technique, and bar path, then you’re good to go!

Kind of beating a dead horse by some of these responses, but if you’re new and you move well with the exercises SBD mentioned, the linear* progression is the simplest way to get strong AF. Takes some legit consistency though, so buckle up and hang out and grind for a while 👊
