Best thing to do is never blow up and stay tolerant of her behavior. Then slowly change your perception to notice little things she does such as smile when she sees you, washing the dishes, going to work, driving for you, etc. That'll help you build up a repertoire of compliments and things to tell her on her moody days.

Say you like being with her, feel comfortable around her etc etc etc...
