Chosing between 2 setups of pre-built stations.

I want to know if it'ss worth the extra bucks to get #1 over #2.
I play on a 32" 144hz Display.
I have a 3 monitor setup with 2x 24" 120hz on either side. But not for eyefinity or anything. Just for chrome/spotify/netflix.
Games I play: CP2077, D2, Wow, BF5, CoD, Dota2

I've had my old setup for ~10 years now and I've been upgrading it over the past years.
Tho I feel like its time to go all new this time I sure would've kept the psu and some other stuff.
But since the situation is what it is with GPUs and shit I might as well get a pre-built and give my old comp to a friend.

I'm not going to compare the GPUs because we're currently in a shortage and you should take what you can get. Comparing everything else, I don't think the extra money is worth it for a few reasons.

If you choose to go with #2, you have a good enough processor that you can choose to upgrade later on in the future. The processor difference is two cores (six vs eight) but based on your what your computer usage, it's ok to go with six cores.

The motherboard isn't that much of an upgrade either. The USB 3.0 ports are more on the Aorus but you're comfortable also with the MSI. MSI will provide two USB 3.0 in the rear and two more with the front/case I/O. You only need USB 3.0 if you're using external storage or whatever. If you're using accessories/devices, such as mouse and keyboard, the USB 2.0 should suffice.

There is a difference in the storage speed. Samsung 980 is Gen4 speed while Kingston A2000 is Gen3. This speed difference is only noticeable when you're moving/copying/writing files. When you're gaming, you won't feel the difference. You'll feel the difference when you're installing the games. Opening/starting/loading the games is reading speed and you won't feel a difference. You can also upgrade this in the future, if you want to.

Echoing xet's comments

I am running 5600x with 3070 to play cyberpunk, and the most fps I can get is 60hz in 1440p.

To fully utilize your monitors, sending an extra $600 on hardware would definitely justify it as you would be keeping it for long.

im more wondering tbh why change from a 5 5600 to a 7 5800. that is affecting your price. but to both good cpu's just curious why step up on to 5800 on one but not the other.

also i wouldnt use less than a 750 w or and 850 w with a 3070 build they are power hungry and i just think planning for the future its always nice to have a little bit extra wattage for not much more money

both gpu's are pretty closely matched i think thats the last question id be asking on this build. but what is the actuall dollar difference between the gpus alone?

They are both pre-built so I can't change the specs other than getting 16gb of more ram. I've read up on the CPUs and come to sence with a 5600x. I'm leaning more towards the XT6800 since my monitor only has free sync. (I have a 1050rtx now with some "toggle anyway" setting. Don't know of it's working tho)

Here's the specs of the one I'm 99% sure I'm ordering. (Only waiting for tax refund to come)

3DMark Firestrike: 32 223 points

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
PowerColor Radeon RX 6800 16GB Red Dragon
ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18 Vengeance LPX
Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB
Corsair Hydro H100x
Corsair RM650
Windows 10 Home

Also, I picked up OUTRIDERS and it's an awesome game! Even tho I'm playing it on my old setup with low settings and 1080p.. can't wait to crank them settings to ultra

yeah thats not a bad system at all for prebuilt. 5 5600x is a great chip. i ran it for a while and upgraded to the 9 5900x and the difference is negligible once you start to get past like the ryzen 5x 7x 5 series tbh. unless your just a nerd and want the best the money doesnt really justify the performance increase for most gamers imo

ive stuck with nividia gpus but i hear great things about radeon id be more than willing to use an rx 6800
