Hey guys wondering what his best setup for solo and group..
I got a axe set and dex charms..
I had like to know what stats put and if needed maybe change gear to improve..

Pretty sure you use strength charms with axes. I may be wrong though, i just started playing again, so it may have changed.

I would think for solo:

Weapon: your axes
Armor: ee scales
Charms: strength charms

When i solo with ee armors, i like to put the first 10 to 15 points into vitality and the rest in strength. But i use clubs on my pally.

For axes it doesn't matter what stats you have on gear or invest hard points into, str = dex for axes

i recommend going strength anyway for a paladin.

As he can use:
Swords: Strength
Clubs: Strength
Axes: doesn't matter.

Heavies are usually too rare to be worth commenting on. So if you happen to be missing a few axes, you can substitute in a club/sword until you get the axe.
Can still use dex charms and still go strength in terms of stats.



also to be clear on the 50/50, you don't need to try and equalise the stats, 90 str 60 dex or 60 str and 90 dex or 76 strength and 74 dex will all deal the same damage. (75/75 would deal around 0.3% less damage as the breakpoints are even numbers)

Ah okay thanks..i did my first solo climb and i saw a major difference

i kinda disagree on EE scales, simply because a 200ee plate costs the same as a 150ee scale. So just depends whats for sale really.

good to hear you're getting on ok with the climb though


Monk is significantly more annoying because tank robes are significantly less effective. So kinda rooting for you to not pass
It's where i quit on a few occasions when i was solo only

when all the new players can afford 150+ee scales and we have that many i would love to recommend everyone get one.

until then whilst prices are where they are...
