I was reading the micro-ATX manual for the TUF version. Taking another look at them, there really isn't much of a considerable difference. I'd get the cheaper one.

The only thing that caught my eye, which was reading the user manual for both, and it's not a big difference, is that the TUF has an additional 8-pin power connector while the ROG has a 8+4-pin power connector.
