i get it life is more important but threw pms he was talking like it don't take long 4 days later and my toon is lev 16 and no commutation on hey man some things popped up going to be a little bit longer

only thing he said was char is rushed all i have to do now is level it and labs and then went rogue with nothing

like when someone is paying for a service like i used to offer i get it done or dont do it period

all in all i have no bad blood on this guy just letting everyone know how my experience went

I understand. But when you pay dirt cheap prices, these things happen.

I would never charge anything less than 2-3k for 1-70. Regardless of what time of the league it is. Thats legit still 5$ an hour if you think about it, if I'm not taking breaks of gaming, and far less when I do take breaks.
