I thought, what a crock of shit. I quit soon after 1.10, so most of the HLD i did in my D2 career was pre enigma. Back when BvS was a real challenge, Zons were a real threat, and GM Melee duels were fun as no OP runewords meant any champ under 2k HP wasnt a glass cannon.

i understand its prolly here to stay, but i will just say i hope duping and botting doesnt make it so that HR is common items so OP garbage doesnt effect the spirit of the game, which most of us agree, is itemization.

No Enigma kills the whole nostalgia of the game.

Makes no sense for them to try and re-create the diablo experience and sabotage it.


I've been playing since 2000-2001 so I remember times before enigma but once they added it they basically couldn't take it away.

Allows non-sorc classes the ability to magic find and PvP with no big disadvantage.

I would never be in favor of removing what is arguably the single most iconic item in D2 (along w maybe soj)

Best way to balance the game is make it as hard as possible to bot/dupe.

Then the people that don't self-mf can't afford to get an enigma.

Don't know much about pvp but aren't non-sorc classes kind of screwed for mf without enigma? I don't see the problem of a class having no big disadvantage when mfing. Unless your point is that you prefer sorcs to have massive advantage over all other classes?

Well said I agree it would make the game very different and effect all users which would result to a major decrease in player base

imagine complaining about enigma
