i accidently bought the wrong running shoes for walking ( the saucony endorphin speeds) for 175 bucks and cant return them, plus i like them, but will they hurt my feet if i walk 3 hours a day 3 days a week with them? i have a shoe to alternate thats a bit better probably ( nike zoom pegasis 37) but i dont want more heel pain is why im asking. thanks!

Is it from plantar fasciitis or is it from contact injury from heel strike style walking/running?

use the balls of your feet and weigh less
