What do you think?

I bought in kinda high, around $38/share, FOMO'd on a swing trade.

It dropped hard, I got bamboozled, but then the more I look into Lucid the more I think this might actually be a good long term hold & buy during dips.

Depends on what your intentions are. Holding for less than a year? Get the fuck outta there. Holding for 10-20 years? Good play. Find out what type of investor you are and there's your answer.

Personally, even long term, I don't think it will be a huge play. They are focused on extreme luxury EV's. Unless they can come out with a more acceptable price point for their cars ($20-$30k), it'll remain just a luxury. You want widespread use.

TSLA is trying to release an EV under $25k, which will only solidify it's domination of the market.

$NIO is a MUCH better play. Cut your losses and sit on $NIO. Forecasted to be triple digits a share by end of this year.

People are trying to find the next Tesla when the next Tesla is still Tesla.

Lucid is going to release a vehicle with 25% more range and faster 0-60 than Tesla long-range? GTFO.

Additionally, Lucid's plan in 2024 is 90,000 vehicles w/ just under $10B in revenues. That is an average vehicle price of $110,000. How large is that market?

If you like Lucid, buy NIO. NIO is years ahead.

hi my friend! this is a very long term investment if you are into holding a long time. the price seemed to have gone up to price in the added value from the acquisition, hence it going back down sharply after the deal was secured.

as some others mentioned NIO has a better development schedule (i already rode this puppy up)
i would still personally go with TSLA and ride the genius of Musk

It dropped from its ATH because Lucid's valuation changed affecting stock price.
