and do other ias items help if the claw doesn't have enough?

cause yeah i managed to get 40ias grater claws (not to be confused with g talons) so i figure if i add 2x 15ias jewels that more than enough to reach max bp for trap laying..plz tell me if im correct

Remember though that you have to flash your glove side claw every time you switch weapons to make the boot side claw the primary weapon again

The formula to find IAS needed to reach EIAS for traplaying speed etc is:
ROUNDUP((120*(EIAS - Skill_IAS + WSM))/(120-(EIAS - Skill_IAS + WSM))

If u want to include slow its like this:
ROUNDUP((120*(EIAS - Skill_IAS + WSM+SLOW))/(120-(EIAS - Skill_IAS + WSM+SLOW))

The Eias needed for 9 FPA trap laying speed are: 61

Offhand claw matters as well.
If u have a shield offhand then ur main wep WSM is not adjusted.

If u have a slower or faster WSM on secondary it average out.
Standard:
(WSM main + WSM offhand) / 2

Wsm bug:
(BootSideWep + GloveSideWep) / 2 + (BootSideWep - GloveSideWEP)

Main wep is usually glove side. If u wsm bug main wep is boots side.

To wsm bug u lift the glove side claw, and put back in its spot on glove side. (flashing it)
(make sure fast claw is at boots side when wsm bugging)

The reason why i cannot give u an excact value is due to the fact that u have not informed about the secondary claw/shield base, or if u wsm bug.

I don't even have the offhanded claw yet but call im asking is this: i got 2os 40ias greater claws so if i put in 2x 15ias jewels to make it 70ias does that reach the same BP as a gt with same ias. The calculator says with 70ias the g claw hits 9fpa. In other words after a certain speed does the base still matter? Btw it'll be on the glove side as main piece

When u dont put a secondary claw on the calculator it thinks ur wearing either a shield or no item in second arm.

Greater claw is -20 wsm.
If u put nothing offhand you need 63 ias.
If u put a shield offhand you need 63 ias.
If u put a greater claw or feral claw offhand u need 63 ias.
If u put a suawaya offhand you need 89ias.
If u put a gt offhand you need 52ias
And so on.

If u use the formula i gave you last post u can check whatever you need.
