I've got an old GW account. I just logged in and I've got 4 chars worth of bday gifts/vouchers from over the years. What can I do with this? Can I sell it for fg?

The birthday gifts are account bound. You could move them around the characters but not transfer them off. They are usually cosmetic effects and dye kits.

you can redeem them for mini pets some of the rare ones you can sell for FG if you get lucky
