Just to update now that technical alpha started; there is no current option to create a Classic character.

From checking the data folder including with Alpha the Shared Stash has not made its way to Classic.

You can see the gap at the top of the expansion stash where the tabs go.

I just hope they fix the loading screens and bring back those awesome doom/doom2 inspired simplistic spinning pentagram menu screens. Keep it simple stupid.

That means they haven't changed their mind yet, hoping they'll eventually will, but i personally don't count on it too much =[
Let's hope our joker (muling) won't be too restrictive.
