Hi Guys,

Not sure if everybody is aware but following a Q&A Stream from MrLlamaSC it was confirmed that Blizzard currently do not intend to provide the shared stash for Classic in D2:R. Personally, I think it sucks that we are being left out so I've decided to post on Blizzard forums to see if I can drum up some support for the feature.

If any of you guys are in agreement I would welcome a comment in support:

Really? That makes no sense...

Just checked blizzcon Resurrected Deep Dive video with Lama (18:00-19:00) there it wasnt mentioned

Was it on one of Lamas own YT videos?

I also saw this last night, I would like to see it implemented too.

I imagine that we won't be able to have multiple game copies running like we can do now using Kol obviously, so back to perm private games to xfer or hiding stuff at certain way points 🤣

Yeah llama did a private Q&A with the Devs after the deep dive. Turns out to post you need to pre order which is an odd move.....!

My question is, does it matter? The graphics are an abomination and mockery of the original

Of course opinions are split here, but for my part - Im looking forward as I beliebe it will be refreshing ... It will not be the same, if some1 is expecting that he better shouldnt start playing it ... But Im excited to experience the new graphics and details (like garlic hanging around in a2 town) ... if I would not have played d2 before and would be a 2020 kid, I would care zero about such details ... Probably Im looking for a similar feeling like I had when I started playing it as a kid/teen ... Lol ... Its like xploring a new game kinda

The only question is how long will it last ? ... Maybe until d4 is out? ... And maybe I can then finally be released from this "lovely" agony always beeing dragged back to d2

Tbh, you wouldn't be happy with anything that isn't done by blizzard north.

Would def be nice to have the shared stash.

But every'1 moaning about the graphics are obviously not oldschool Diablo 2 players.

Oldschool players just want the community of Diablo 2 back.

older patches where u could just go online and have so many game options to choose from.

You did not need to use bots to find items, because there was always plenty of active players to play with.

Duel games 24/7, so much fun.

Yeh the Graphics is a bonus but for me 100% is about the community like we had in 1.09 for example.

People forget Diablo 2 is over 20 years old, Blizzard could of just left it to rot, like most gaming company's do with old games, but nah they actually put some effort into this to make many fans happy

So ill enjoy playing the new one, and ofc ill still play the original since there will still be a small community left i hope

Everybody is moaning just about anything and 'just want' something from the past to be brought back into the future. Just move megits if u don't like

Dont forget ingame trading ... which was why people actually farmed for sojs ... and times where you paid 1-2 sojs vs 246 exe depening on sock lol ... But this is only a small dream ... Since there is jsp ... At least in the beginning sojs will be a real currency ... But still, maybe enough time to bring back nostalgia
