So, my kids trashed my Y540 laptop and I got the funds for new one of similar type. I have very much decided to go Lenovo route again because I really liked overall design and interface design of Y540 (rear porta for example). Question now is, which one to get? There are Intel 10th gen i7 and Ryzen7 options, both seem otherwise same with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, 2060 GPU and 144Hz FHD panel (of which some suggest Ryzen has a better one in terms of color reproduction).

Use is for casual gaming (newer games), Photoshop and some basic 3D stuff (sketchup, archicad) plus normal abuse with Opera having 50 tabs open, spotify playing in background etc.

Which one would you guys pick and why?

I am living in estonia where stuff comes available with unreasonable delays. What is coming to it? Will check out but I doubt it will be available for reasonable price in next some months in my country.

I could wait a week or so but having no laptop currently, I'd buy sooner rather than later.

Well, for time being, I went i5 route for its lower price (almost 300€ cheaper than R7 version). 10300H, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 2060 6GB, 144Hz fHD screen for 1069€.
