Tbf almost all ARPGs have garbage PvP, and D2 has very limited PvP viability only because of many, many rules made over decades.

Pub PvP in D2 is pretty much an ugly gankfest just like every other ARPG.

Exactly. And it was mostly just pure dumb luck that made it the best Arpg for PvP for the last 2 decades.

No pvp balancing, no pvp mode, just freeforall fuckitall let's go! madness.

You have got to be joking. D2R makes a perfectly good game, D2, look like D3, which is the last thing I want.

If I do shell out the money for D2R, I am sure I will be toggling back to the original D2 graphics. Anything that reminds me of D3 makes me want to both cry and puke at the same time.

D3 and D4 will never be as good as d2 (2000) because they people that made D3 and D4 are not the same people that made D2 back in the day and D2R wont be as good either but only because they are tweaking more then just the graphics in D2R.
