the x63 would be in budget but I can remember I saw/read somewhere its a bit loud ?


What do you guys think of the Fractal Design Celsius+ S28 ? I think its comparable with the Kraken X63 and the ek 240 ?

Using Arctic freezer 34 and I'm pretty happy with it so far.
It's quiet as fuck and does an extremely good job. Great ratings too online. Can't even tell if my PC is running or not lol
