With a BA setup min dmg is actually very usefull. I am pretty sure this diadem has 9 min dmg as base (correct me if i am wrong, but base stats are 42 str 9 min dmg). With min dmg as base you cannot sox any ED jewels in this Diadem due to Dmg bug, so you are stuck with min or max dmg jewels.

If it has life or not as base doesnt really matter, we count life as stats as well (3 life = 1 stat). Whith this said the 42 base stats are low, even though it has 9 min dmg in base, there are better min dmg Diadems than this, and i wouldent count this one as a trophy.
Its usufull on special builds yes, but base stats are to low for it to be concidered a trophy.

his setup is just horrible to begin with, with BA + diadem u should go ber+cham anyways. only time u ll need ias ed jwls in helm is if u using a mallet but then this diadem would ofc suck even more with min dmg base stat

with diadem and BA especially, the best setup is as follows:

diadem sockets - cham + ber
perf eth alma negra
perf eth up shaft

angelic + rare/craft melee ring with death cleaver
or
2x melee craft rings + highlords if its fools BA
