I bought NIO at like 2.50 early on, sold at 14. IMO, this company has no long term appeal. The core component of an EV is the battery, and Quantumscape (Toyota) just took the throne on paper. Teslas tabless battery would likely be next on the totem. Battery tech is moving along rapidly, the solid-state design could be a game changer. And the applications go way beyond EV. Batteries have been the fail-component of so many electrical systems, specifically lead-acid garbage.
