as much as the governments like to deny it, inflation is here from all the money printing, food, gas prices, materials, housing

This is what upsets me about our CPI calculation in Canada. It does not factor in housing. Every year people whos contracts have it get a little CPI bump of 1% or whatever it is meanwhile housing is up 100% but its not included in the CPI calc.

Things I've done this year

1. Bought a house
2. Paid off the last of my college credit card debt.

Feelsgoodman.

I've added some more credit card debt in the mean time, but it's all 0% interest for 24+ months. Why buy things outright when you're getting paid to defer? It's literally free money.

Adding several shares a month + slowly consolidating my portfolio. I want Tesla above 50%.

To note, due to the Tesla weighting in the respective ETFs I hold, I am probably 25%+ Tesla right now.

Your portfolio is somewhat of a joke.. so many indexfunds (not needed just stick with 1) and some random stockpicking. Sounds like you just buy what you read is hot on reddit or w/e
