I feel like i do nothing at work now, i just have casual conversations with people all day on common sense matters and get paid a lot to do it.
Feels different from when i was grinding 60-80 hour work weeks and felt like i was doing work 😐
Find passion for things outside of work (home improvements, relationships, etc.) and do that in your new free time.
As far as the office goes: I don’t miss the grind anymore and would be miserable having to go back to 60+ hour work weeks. I stopped feeling guilty about getting paid more to work less. As long as I can come home each night and reflect on how I impacted someone else’s growth/development, I have no qualms about them being there and learning and me being elsewhere developing myself on greater things.
If I remember correctly you’re in a leadership role so lead your team, engage them, develop them, and let them make/learn from mistakes and become better people. Nn for you to get into the busy work that’s not the best use of your time
