Oh for fudge sake... it is a level 5 item for an off caster to benefit with their Charm... either being in the Main slot or Acc slot and still killing in 1 hit... shit... you haven't even taken into account the level 5 armor that could have +int / max mana and/or max life.

I am actually fucking disgusted with the thinking of morons that only take the face value of ONE(1) item and NOT considering HOW TO COMPLIMENT it.. especially at such a low level where you are ONE(1) HIT killing mobs... even fucking Evil Presence.

NOW... hang on... I can agree if we were talking about a level 35+ item... and where level 35 monster spawn take time to kill... like in 3-5 actions right? Oh wait... for a melee... you need to have a Heavy Weapon... but for casting... there isn't any thing like that... so you are stuck with 6-8 actions if below a certain amount of Intelligence and +Mana... Right?

Come at me with your dumb antics.

EDIT: oh... if you are replying to a Hardcore trade thread of a level 5 wind charm that only had +19 strength and + max life... that is a different story... you can get 10+ str + 1xx max life Tier III charms at like what... 1-5 fg and can be used PAST level 5... shit, you can use them to level 15 character level.

This item is completely different... hence... OFF CASTING... not melee.

just completed Pest obj on my battleaxe barb.. I dont really use str charms. so i dont know its value really.. all i know is that its 5 off of perf, and that it is all class useable..
