i can never tell if you're trolling but if you are actually doing yoga after you are warm aka post/during workout (some studies showing stretching during helps growth of muscles), you are doing it right. one of the most common mistakes i see people make is stretching when they are cold aka preworkout. baaaaaaaaaaaaaad, try stretching a rubber band after u put it in the freezer/fridge. same concept.

Yoga for 20 min is worthless if you do it cold imo, by the time 6you are warming up and are really getting into the movements you are done
