l-citrulline is one of the few supplements in the health aisle that actually does something. proven to give you a few extra reps in your sets

Citrulline Malate* my mistake but...

i use capsules that come with both in them and i found it at my local grocery store. need to take quite a few though for it to be effective though (4-10g) preworkout

Never used it but mud wtr looks interesting.

1/7th the caffeine of a cup of coffee. Powder you mix with water. Cacao, cinnamon, lions mane, different mushrooms. Thought about trying it but could probably create something like it yourself for much cheaper
