ive googled this idk how many times, i cannot figure out what details im looking for in a TV to avoid input lag with my controller/ps4

do any of you know? im prob retarded

Dont you have game mode option on your tv

A lot of new tvs adds layers upons layers of filters and bullshit processing image that add a LOT of input lag. As the mate above said, try a game mode or turn off all proccessing you can find.
