I think I ran almost 100 chaos runs by myself. Only good items I got are titan and battle boots. My mf is 300-350. I wonder,,, how many runs you guys took,,, let s say to get shaco. Or tal set or andariels visage? And how much mf should I get?

You have enough mf, i would have even less.

it's impossible to answer. you can get both shaco and andy visage in the same first run. or not get any in 1000 runs.

I would focus on 200ish mf and the rest into kill speed and survivability if needed.

200mf from enigma, shaco (depending on the char), gheed and maybe WT.

If I find perf eth tomby (rarest item in game) at game 1 and you at game 100, it means it is ~50 games
same goes for eld rune
therefore eld is as rare as perf eth tomby
