I tried this for PvM. It's bad.
For PvP probably even worse
The idea is that you use beast to change into werewolf, then attack with BOTD to cast poisons on kill that are synergized with your poison.
PvM setup:
breath of the dying berserker axe -> for dmg
Bone armor (nobody knows this runeword: it is SOL UM UM -> gives resists and chance to cast bone armor), Probably u could use Chains of honor, or Fortitude
Phoenix shield -> for constant life regen once u manage to kill stuff
andy face
Gore rider
Dracul grasp, u can also experiment with lying of hands gloves -> they give u 350% dmg against demons
Raven frost
rare ring with all resists, minimum dmg
Metalgrid amulet (for attack rating), probably u could try other
verdungo, thundergod or rare
charms with like 35% fhr
16 small charms 5@
Congratulations, you spend a lot of money and the character sucks.
Also it cannot cast poison dagger, since u use an axe. And you turn to werewolf so u can only use normal attack
20 poison dagger
20 poison explosion
0-20 poison nova -> if u are pure PvM u dont need this, since BOTD will cast, if u try also use poison dagger and fail, you need to put points here
1 stone golem -> it slows down stuff
1 golem mastery
1 summon resists
20 bone wall
Rest into prerequisites and bone armor synergies (so bone prison!!) -> idea is that your Bone runeword armor recasts Bone armor automatically, so u buff its synergies
PvP setup:
Unique dagger with mod +Attack rating per level. You probably want other mods: 40% attack speed, "normal" attack rating, damage, eth self repair. Still the attack rating per level most important
Probably Enigma of Bone, or normal enigma so u can teleport and catch opponent
Shako for life [or crown of ages - but why u want it? you will die anyway?]
Gore rider
Angelic ring 1x
Angelic amulet
Raven frost ring
Verdungo belt
Trang gloves
Whitstan's Guard shield with ELD rune -> nobody knows that the Orphan set shield gives a ton of block, so nobody uses it, while it gives max block without much dex investment
Please note: this setup gives u terrible faster cast rate, so u teleport like a tortoise
get some decent FHR breakpoint with charms
use 16 5@ small charms to get some res
torch

Skillers u can use poison and bone 7faster walk. So in theory u can catch something.
Once u will be deleting this char since it sucks, u can later use the 7 faster walk charms to make other necro: the full necro set poison that changes to act2 monster and uses the FRW skillers to move around quite fast.
The tactics are that u try to somehow walk into enemy hero and attack with poison dagger. If it is a sorc, they teleport away while casting fireballs, or blizzards are you.
Since u have terrible faster cast rate, you teleport slower then them. Hopefully you got 86 fhr from skillers, so at least your FHR doesnt suck.
If it is a ww barb, they ww you and u die.
If it is a smiter, they smite u and u die. If they life tap you, you die even harder.
So the whole idea is that this is some person who has reflex of a grandmother, who will stand still. Then you walk into them, try to attack with poison dagger (requires attack rating to even hit) and then your level 28 posion dager with synergies does 10k dmg over 12 seconds.
Of course you should multiply it with 25% (since enemy probably has 75% res, although sometimes they have less) and then by 17% (since PvP scaling). So you basically do zero damage over 12 seconds.
So it is like 10 000 x 0,25 x 0,17 = 425 damage over 10 seconds
The idea is that your opponent went to the toilet (but for number 2), so he wont be there for few minutes. So you frantically try to hit with the dagger (you have 12k AR while enemy paladin has 25k defense) and then when it hits, you do zero damage over 10 seconds. So maybe after like 60 minutes u will kill him.
But hey, you have gore rides that give u some: open wounds and crushing blow - this is the main source of your damage. So you do more crushing blow dmg and bleed than posion, so there is a small chance that u can kill somethign.
I once managed to kill a level 94 barbarian with my level 9 smiter that used the unique axe "gnasher" (nobody knows gnasher: it is the small unique axe that has crushing blow AND open wounds) - the opponent went afk for like 15 minutes and I just kept drinking mana pots and attacking. He died!
So sky is the limit!
This is a true 1/10 build for PvM and a true 0/10 build for PvP, I fully recommend!
I pray this is a copy paste and that you didnt waste your life making this.
