Buying 3 Star legendaries for the following ballistic weapons
Weapon MUST have minimum "VATS Enhanced" roll to be considered
Other rolls I'm wanting to pair: anti armor/instigating/furious/few others similiar to +dmg
DO NOT WANT "Shoots Additional Projectile" / "Bloodied"
Combat Rifle
Handmade Rifle
.308/.50 Hunting Rifle
Buying caps/plans if I don't have them as well.
