Hmm as far as I remember, this was not a topic on EU at least not in the last years I remember back when I played again (2012 +).
2012-2016 was a highly active bvb season @ EU. Poweridiot Mat for instance did lots of calculations, for optimize bvb stats and skill distribution. But I cannot really remember if any1 came up with this pois dmg theory. I doubt it.
At least boogeyman, obviously with well known bvb experience, has experienced and observed this. However, he says these are random observations (so maybe statistically irellevant if not tested really). Maybe
himself can give a statement here?
The question is, since you have such a bh - can you test it and is there a method to test it? You would probably need to duel the same opponent once with your pois dmg bh and once with a very very similar bh without pois dmg and make statistics with maybe 50+ duels each. With duels I mean only straight whirls.
I would say you count the amount of crits and the amount of duels won + you observe how much life you have left for every round.
Even better method would be: have 2 twin bvb's smashing each other in like 50 + rounds just with straight whirling (same lvl same skill and stat distribution, same gear except bh).
