Does anyone know where I can find the transmuting chart? The one that shows lvl 24 can mute X to Z (min to max). If so post up here or pm me.

Sorry as I am sure this request is redundant but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance for help.

I wonder how old these charts are....I’m at prof 1 and can barely do magic tier II items let alone tier III......

They're definitely old, still a good guideline to follow though. You may be better off transmuting t1 magical at that rank (even tho it says below your minimum), with the most recent transmuting change you should still be able to gain some decent exp.
It does feel more fluid once you get to rank 10 though imho.

I think it just says what's "possible" to be muted. That's how I've always interpreted it.

it will not even accept you to try and mute tier V or higher, so this is the minimums that it will allow you to attempt i believe, rather than what is actually doable.

What do you mean? You have a 100% chance to succeed any mute that you can do, the only way to fail is by not lowering the volatility soon enough. There is no way that you can ever fail a mute unless you fuck up :P

The second chart is not accurate. I can do legendary IV's at lvl 9 (can't confirm if I wouldn't do godly, but I definitely can't do magical V)
