The real problem is attack rating since partial set bonuses dont exist and you cannot socket rares, the only thing you can do is use a 2 socket diamond helmet, since 3 socket helmets dont exist either.
Then the leveling up part is balanced like d1 so if you break level 50 you're a God, since I can load 8, I've gotten into the 60s now
