It's a half season rental, so Morey's obvious incentive here is to add to the current team and improve their chances in the playoffs this year. Send out the expiring contracts (essentially replacing Green with Lowry in the starting lineup) and include 1 young guy (i.e. Maxey, Thybulle or Shake) and a future pick or something like that.
Lineup would look something like this though assuming Green is gone in the trade.
Lowry
Curry
Simmons
Harris
Embiid
Simmons defends whoever on defense, depending on the matchup. Usually the best guard/wing on the opposite team of course. Lowry is a strong defender as well of course.
Replacing Green with Lowry and it gives the Sixers that second ball handler and a true shot creator and then allows Seth Curry to go strictly off ball and do what he does best (shoot). This would work really well on paper, assuming Simmons and Lowry squash their beef from before
