when im running call of duty, and go into task, my % usage of my GPU is low, 1-2% maybe, but my CPU is at around 40% generally.
also my temp for my GPU according to Cod interface is around 69 degrees.

Also the cpu/gpu response time was usually hovering around 3-5 MS, now its 9-10 or slightly higher, and in the main menu sometimes it jumps to like 250 + ms for a few seconds.

I have a 3060 TI, with a risen 7 3700x, and 32gb Corsair vengeance 3200mhz

also, today my memory said it was using 30gb's and I wasn't running a single thing, maybe chrome. even in task manager nothing was using more than like 120 mb.. I restarted and it I guess sorted itself out, but still felt a little slow.

anyone recommend any full PC monitoring software?

just trying to make my pc run a little smoother.
it seems to have happened mostly after an update I did today for windows 10.
