Some unawakened human discovers telepathy in a range of 2 meters on lsd as well as energy work and turns in the greatest energy worker but then discovers in his family there are real vampires. Before hand he discovers some people are in hats meaning they can hide their telepathy ability and also put them on anyone using ancient energy work to take the piss as well as keep them in brain time machines but some being have a bigger range.
