dont need 4k for youtube but Sony mirrorless or fujifilm mirrorless are the best for all around cameras.

I use davinci resolve for editing

no editing programs are gonna be easy but you can learn them pretty quickly

What exactly do you mean by budget?

The one that comes to mind is the Logitech brio. A lot of people use this cam for in home and studio video work. That’s about as budget as 4k gets.

Mirrorless turn out to be very expensive for the ones that are even “worth” buying. For 200 bucks the brio is kinda a no brainer. Then next jump in considerably noticeable quality starts at like 2 grand for a mirrorless/lens + all the supporting accessories if you want to shoot 60p

In the end though, no matter what you shoot with, invest in some time and money in some videography knowledge and good lighting, (not the $40 soft boxes) and you can make anything look amazing with almost any modern camera.
