Sounds to me like you are joining games to frequently and get temp ban for it. Not sure if you are aware, but blizzard has a ≈20 game per hour cap, if you get over ≈20 games you usually get a temporary ban. The length can vary, normally its 24h, but if you do it repetedly it might get longer than 24h, not sure.

so guys, thank you again for your support, i called in a friend via teamviewer because i'm too stupid to set dns or network, he has changed something and now it works, please don't ask what he has changed - i don't know ..... anyway, thank you very much for your interest and your answers! thank you too, but imagine: I played 3 days without problems, then didn't play for 2 days - then wanted to go online again and it didn't work (ban), so it can't be a 20 game ban, anyway thanks for the hint
