I heard that you can be gifted hextech skins through a ticket in-game if you have the gems. I would be interested in seeing what that would cost, please let me know thanks!

Some people have the gems already and aren't interested in the skins as much as trading for other things. That's what I'm looking for, :)

i have plenty of gems.,. i tryed to q up the gift for the ziggs skin *( just to see if you can )
AND YOU CANT GOOOD LUCK OPEN THEM CHESTS FOR GEMS ( and or you get 1 gem per 50 lvls..)

But like I said in the original post, people have posted that they were able to do so through a ticket in game. As in contacting help and they allow you to do it :)
