what the hell does that mean????? did you click the item (the item's icon was still there, but u couldnt pick it up?) or do u mean the item disappeared very fast , faster than usual?? I don't even understand the question to begin with :cry:

Lost items can come from two scenarios that I can think of;
#1 Items (Monster Kill or previous Chest) have not cleared the drop box when you encountered the Treasure Chest
#2 Accidentally clicking (mouse over icon) or pressing Engage (hotkey)
EDIT: forgot the DC reason also, but mentioned it previously. or
