i have 900 screenshots of some book so 900 images ( .png ) .
is there some program that could convert each image to a pdf + convert
the image-text to real text ?

some images include graphics + text , i hope there is a program where the graphics

made very good expiriences with pdf xchange creator but its a software you have to pay for. But there you will have the possibility to convert images and text to a pdf separated from each other

anyway im not sure if the text is included into the image if the creator can realize this. if its an undertitle it would work
